A 40-room aparthotel scheme right next to Papeete’s town centre and seafront.

Designed for short and extended stays, the project combines residential comfort, hotel services and shared spaces, with a gym and a rooftop sheltered by generous timber pergolas.

The architecture develops a contemporary tropical identity, combining lime-rendered façades with tropical timber, notably teak, to create a warm and timeless atmosphere.

A few minutes from Papeete’s centre and the sea, the project offers a new model of urban hospitality in Tahiti, reconciling privacy, conviviality and architectural quality.
