Sevran - Terres d’Eaux
32 hectares where city, nature and agriculture are reinvented around an inhabited landscape.
Competition

In Sevran, Terres d’Eaux transforms 32 hectares into a neighbourhood where city, nature and agriculture are reinvented around a vast inhabited landscape, 18 hectares of which are dedicated to nature.
A major ecological corridor links the Poudrerie and Sausset parks, combining walks, soft mobility, natural water management and biodiversity areas.
Housing, urban agriculture, shops, services, facilities and public spaces intertwine to create a lively, productive and resilient neighbourhood, designed for everyday uses as much as for tomorrow’s climate challenges.
A demonstrator project for a new way of making the city, where architecture, landscape and ecology become the levers of an attractive and sustainable territory.
