Complete refurbishment and restructuring of an office building in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, on behalf of Generali Real Estate.

The project includes the redesign of the common areas, vertical circulation and office floors, to provide a contemporary, high-quality working environment suited to a fast-growing tech company.

An intervention combining enhancement of the existing building, architectural quality and new office uses, in one of the most emblematic districts of Paris.
