Le Parc du Morin

In Villiers-sur-Morin, this project imagines a new business hub where working, producing and enterprise are set in the heart of a preserved landscape.

Offices, workshops, services and an artisan eco-village are organised around landscaped block interiors, creating an attractive, adaptable and human-scale working environment.

Low-carbon architecture, biodiversity, natural rainwater management, renewable energy and soft mobility structure an economic development in harmony with its territory.

A vision able to combine economic attractiveness, quality of use and environmental performance to invent the workplaces of tomorrow.
