Couronnes

Refurbishment of a co-owned residential building of 16 apartments in Paris 11th, on behalf of the Couronnes owners’ association and the managing agent LAMY Résidences.

The project combines façade restoration, improved thermal performance through insulation, renovation of the common areas and a study for a rooftop extension, with particular attention to the durability and enhancement of the building.

The apartments are also undergoing a high-end renovation, reconciling quality of materials, comfort of use and architectural rigour.

A comprehensive approach to the co-owned building, aimed at preserving and lastingly enhancing the property while improving residents’ comfort and quality of life.
