Transformation of an automotive brownfield into 50 homes, business premises and offices.
Study · 2026

Transformation of a former automotive brownfield into a residential scheme of 50 homes in Aubervilliers.
The project converts a disused former car garage into a new piece of city, combining housing with ground-floor business premises and offices.
The architecture rests on a controlled composition of durable materials: brick at ground level, dressed-stone cladding on the upper floors and timber cladding for the attic. This work on materials gives the project a contemporary, warm and lasting residential identity while asserting an urban presence at the scale of the neighbourhood.
A conversion and urban renewal operation designed to combine architectural quality, mixed uses and the enhancement of currently under-used land.
